Grilled Pork with Ginger

Preparation

  1. Mix ginger, soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and cook the caribeton pork until lightly browned.
  3. Add the sauce and cook until slightly thickened and glossy.
  4. Serve hot with shredded cabbage and steamed rice.
